Session of Council of the Russian Rector’s Union took place in M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University on July, 14th, 2005 at 14-00 with the following agenda:

1. On main principles of state regulation of institutional forms of higher and postgraduate professional education.
2. On improvement of entrance conditions’ procedure in higher educational institutions.
3. On state budgeting of higher educational institutions in 2006.
